The European Union must rebalance trade across chemicals, furniture, and steel following a hybrid car deal with China, European Economic Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis said on Wednesday. The agreement halves Chinese hybrid car imports after the bloc's trade deficit reached €1 billion a day last year.
