EU immigrant employment hits record 68.2 percent in 2025

A study by the ROCKWOOL Foundation Berlin shows immigrant employment in the European Union rose to 68.2% last year. While the gap with native-born workers is narrowing, researchers note that the skills of highly educated migrants and non-EU women remain significantly underutilized.
