Industrial robot manufacturer Estun Automation Co., Ltd, based in China, has priced its upcoming listing in Hong Kong at the bottom end of its indicative range. The company announced on Thursday that it aims to raise HK$1.49 billion ($190.54 million) through the sale of 96.8 million H shares. The shares were priced at HK$15.36 each, falling below the maximum offer price of HK$17 per share established last week.

This listing follows a surge of corporate activity in the region after the Lunar New Year holiday, continuing a strong trend for share launches in 2026. The local stock market has recorded its most robust start to a year since 2021. LSEG data shows that initial public offerings and secondary listings in the city raised approximately $5.5 billion in January, the highest level since the $7.6 billion recorded in January 2021.

In a statement released last week, the company noted that the proceeds from the offering would be used to expand manufacturing capacity and support ongoing research and development. The funds are also intended to fuel overseas growth initiatives. Estun Automation is expected to confirm the final offer price on Friday, with its shares scheduled to begin trading on the Hong Kong stock exchange on March 9.
