Estee Lauder aims to lift its adjusted operating margin by up to 5.6 percentage points over the next three years, targeting 16.5% to 18.5% by fiscal 2030. The cosmetics maker outlined the long-term goals during a capital markets event on Wednesday morning, building on momentum from an ongoing turnaround. The strategy targets mid-single-digit organic sales growth annually and double-digit adjusted earnings per share growth through the end of the decade.
