ENI SPA confirmed high reservoir productivity at its Geliga-1 gas discovery offshore Indonesia following strong test results released Thursday morning. The well is estimated to produce 200 million standard cubic feet of gas and 10,000 barrels of condensate per day. This discovery supports a fast-track development plan for the Ganal PSC to bolster regional energy security.
### Southeast Asian Portfolio Integration Eni operates the Geliga discovery with an 82% interest, while China-based Sinopec holds the remaining 18%. The asset is part of a 19-block portfolio across Indonesia and Malaysia slated for transfer to Searah. Searah is a joint venture controlled by Eni and Malaysia's Petronas.
