Elevate Campuses fell 1.9% below its issue price on Wednesday morning, valuing the student housing firm at $624.74 million on its public debut in India. The muted opening follows an IPO priced at 362 rupees per share that raised 21 billion rupees. Investors weighed the firm's growth plans against elevated debt and revenue concentration risks.
