Dr Reddys Laboratories has signed an agreement with Takeda Pharmaceutical to distribute the Qdenga dengue vaccine in India. The vaccine is expected to become available in the country during the first half of 2027 following regulatory approval.

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories signed an agreement with Takeda Pharmaceutical on Friday morning to distribute the Qdenga dengue vaccine in India. The deal follows the approval of Qdenga by regulators in Japan's regional partner market for both adults and children. The vaccine is slated for commercial launch in India during the first half of 2027.
