Democrat Jacqui Irwin secured 61.6% of the vote in early returns on November 3 for the United States House seat covering Ventura County. Irwin held a wide lead over Republican opponent Sam Gallucci, who garnered 38.4% of the vote. The initial count covers ballots processed before and during Election Day.
