Swiss CordenPharma to Acquire Peptide Maker AmbioPharm

Swiss pharmaceutical firm CordenPharma has agreed to acquire AmbioPharm, a South Carolina-based manufacturer specializing in peptide production. The deal includes facilities in North Augusta and Shanghai, though financial terms were not disclosed.
