China Eastern Posts Wider First-Half Loss

China Eastern Airlines reported a wider first-half net loss of 2.2 billion yuan as costs weighed on results. Revenue for the first six months of 2026 rose 11.1 percent to 74.2 billion yuan according to an exchange filing.
