Canadian Solar Opens Solar Cell Factory in Indiana
Canadian Solar opened a nearly 1 billion dollar solar cell factory in Indiana to reduce reliance on Asian imports. The facility will produce 6 gigawatts of high-efficiency cells annually for the company's Texas module plant and employ over 1,200 people at full capacity.
