Canada Posts C$370M Deficit in Early 2026/27

Canada recorded a sharply lower budget deficit of C$370 million for the first three months of the 2026/27 fiscal year. Year-to-date revenues grew by 9.8 percent, driven largely by higher personal and corporate income tax receipts.
