Bosch will establish a dedicated semiconductor division from January 2028, targeting €5B ($5.59B) in component sales by 2030. The move comes as the world's largest automotive supplier restructures operations previously housed within its Mobility Electronics unit. Expanding chip revenue is critical for Bosch as demand surges for automotive and e-bike electronics.
