Parabilis Medicines aims to raise 475 million in US IPO

The clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company plans to sell 25 million shares priced between 17 and 19 dollars each. Parabilis is developing a novel class of stabilized helical peptides and expects to list its stock on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol PBLS.
