Beumer Sues EU Over Vanderlande and Siemens Merger Review

German logistics firm Beumer Group has filed a lawsuit against European Union antitrust regulators for declining to examine Vanderlande's acquisition of a Siemens airport unit. The company argues that national authorities lack the power to effectively review or unwind the 300 million euro deal.
