An Austria court convicted property tycoon Rene Benko of aggravated fraud on Thursday, sentencing him to two more years in prison just weeks after his release to house arrest. The trial in Benko's home city of Innsbruck is the third legal case brought against the 49-year-old following the collapse of his Signa property group. The fallout from Signa's insolvency remains the largest bankruptcy in the country's modern financial history.
