Bathla Group secured a one-year extension on Friday to complete residential projects carrying an A$3.4 billion ($2.42 billion) debt pile in Australia. The Supreme Court of New South Wales granted the administration window through September 13, 2027. The relief gives administrators additional time to assess finances for 45 unfinished development sites across Sydney's western suburbs.
