Amazon and Italian Unions Sign National Labor Agreement
Italian unions have signed a landmark national agreement with Amazon covering 57 sites across the country. The deal limits the use of video surveillance for disciplinary purposes and allows employees to take parental leave in one-hour increments to improve work-life balance for 19,000 workers.
