AbbVie nears 11 billion dollar deal for Apogee
AbbVie is reportedly in advanced talks to purchase Apogee Therapeutics for approximately 10.9 billion dollars in cash. The potential acquisition would value the inflammatory disease specialist at a 60 percent premium and could be announced as early as Monday.
