Heathrow April passenger traffic falls 5 percent
Heathrow Airport reported a 5 percent decline in April passenger numbers to 6.7 million as the conflict in Iran led to a 50 percent drop in Middle East traffic. While transfer passenger numbers rose 10 percent, the airport plans to update its 2026 forecast in June to reflect the ongoing disruption.
