FCC Denies US Firm Telecom License Over Chinese Links

The Federal Communications Commission has added California-based Digitalsystem Technology to its national security risk list and denied its application to provide international services. Regulators cited the firm's ownership by a Chinese national and partnerships with major Chinese telecom providers.
