Banijay Forecasts 10 Billion Euro Revenue Through 2029
Banijay expects the Tipico deal and All3Media merger to lift revenue to 10 billion euros by 2029. The group also plans a 400 million euro special dividend.
The media landscape in France is set for significant shifts as BANIJAY GROUP NV projects substantial growth through 2029. The company expects its recent acquisition of betting operator Tipico and the high-profile merger with All3Media to serve as primary catalysts for revenue and profit expansion.

Banijay, the production powerhouse behind Peaky Blinders and the Big Brother franchise, recently reached an agreement to merge its entertainment production operations with All3Media, known for hits such as The Traitors and Squid Game: The Challenge. The move is designed to create one of the largest multimedia production groups in Europe, positioning the firm to better serve global streaming platforms. Financial forecasts released by the group indicate a revenue target of 10 billion euros by 2029, up from a deal-adjusted 2025 figure of 7.4 billion euros. The company is also aiming for a 7% growth rate in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA), compared to the previous year's adjusted result of 1.6 billion euros.
\"Our target for 2028 was to have revenues about 7 billion euros and EBITDA about 1.2 billion euros. With these two acquisitions, we are already beyond that over the last six years,\" Banijay CEO François Riahi said in a call with journalists.
The merger with All3Media is expected to generate approximately 50 million euros in cost savings. This venture will be jointly owned by Banijay and RedBird IMI, with each entity holding a 50% stake. Furthermore, the integration of Tipico into Banijay’s gaming unit is anticipated to result in cost synergies of roughly 100 million euros.
\"The entertainment merger with All3Media will allow Banijay to address growing demand from global streamers and expand its digital distribution and live events,\" Riahi said.
Investor returns are also a focal point of the long-term strategy. Banijay expects more than 80% of its EBITDA to be converted into free cash flow between 2026 and 2029, which will support a projected dividend growth of more than 10% annually. Additionally, the company has committed to paying out an exceptional dividend of 400 million euros once the All3Media transaction officially closes, which is expected to occur in early autumn.
