This move is designed to enhance the vertical integration of the world's largest cable maker within the high-growth submarine cable market. The transaction, which involves a firm in the same industry space as ACS Group , is expected to be completed by February 2026. This move follows the strategy of the company to internalize critical installation capabilities.
