Legal software firm Harvey has raised $200 million in a new funding round, reaching a valuation of $11 billion as investor interest in artificial intelligence continues to accelerate. Based in the United States, the San Francisco-based firm develops AI tools designed to automate complex legal workflows, including contract analysis, due diligence, and compliance.

The funding round was co-led by returning investors Global Industrial Company and Sequoia, with participation from existing backers such as Andreessen Horowitz and Coatue. This latest injection of capital brings Harvey’s total funding to more than $1 billion, following a previous valuation of $8 billion set in December.
