United States has proposed that the United Arab Emirates host a technical-level trilateral meeting with Ukraine and Russia to discuss ending their four-and-a-half-year conflict. Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said Friday during a WhatsApp briefing that Kyiv is awaiting a definitive date from Washington. The diplomatic push follows high-level talks between Zelenskiy and United States President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York.
