CONTINEUM THERAPEUTICS INC-A shares fell 8% in after-hours trading on Monday evening after an experimental depression drug developed with JOHNSON & JOHNSON failed a mid-stage trial. The treatment missed its main efficacy goal in patients with major depressive disorder during a five-day evaluation against a placebo. Major depressive disorder affects over 21 million adults annually in the United States*.
