Three fishermen sustained serious injuries when an enemy drone struck their vessel 18 nautical miles off Iran's southern coast on a Tuesday morning. The attack occurred near Bondaran village in Sirik county, prompting emergency hospitalizations for the wounded crew.
The incident follows a pattern of heightened military activity in the region, where the United States routinely conducts drone surveillance. Washington has previously targeted southern installations to counter navigation disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz.
