Steadfast Extends Exclusivity for 5.3 Billion Dollar Bid
Australian insurance broker Steadfast has granted a four-week exclusivity extension to a US consortium led by Amwins and Dragoneer after they reaffirmed a takeover offer of 6.00 AUD per share. The deal values the Sydney-based firm at 7.7 billion AUD and represents a 52 percent premium over its previous trading price.
