Millions of United States Social Security beneficiaries will learn on Wednesday morning how much their monthly checks will rise in 2027 following the annual cost-of-living adjustment announcement. Current forecasts project a COLA between 3.4% and 3.6%, exceeding the 2.8% increase distributed in 2026.
