Data released by investment bank RA Stanger on Wednesday indicates that fundraising for non-traded business development companies (BDCs) fell by 45% compared to the same period in 2025. Total sales for these vehicles reached $8.9 billion, a sharp drop from the $16.3 billion recorded during the first three months of the previous year.
