Sparks Lowes Becomes Innovation Park
Developers in Sparks opened an innovation center inside a former Lowes store. The project combines workspaces and retail to support local entrepreneurs and creators.

The Oddie District project opened its Innovation Center on Thursday afternoon, adding dedicated workspaces to the regional economy. Developer Foothill Partners financed the conversion across the United States, weathering higher borrowing costs and inflation.
