Cohere Acquires Aleph Alpha to Expand in Europe
Canadian AI startup Cohere has agreed to buy Germany based Aleph Alpha to strengthen its presence in regulated European markets. Schwarz Group will invest 600 million dollars in the combined entity as part of the deal.
