Cogent Bank Seeks Wyndham Hotel Foreclosure

Cogent Bank has filed a foreclosure lawsuit against the operators of a downtown Rochester Wyndham hotel, alleging default on over six million dollars in loans. The hotel operators have denied the default allegations.
