Apollo Global to Buy easyJet in 7.7 Billion Dollar Deal
Apollo Global has reached a deal to acquire easyJet for 5.7 billion pounds after rival bidder Castlelake abandoned its pursuit. The airline board unanimously recommended the cash offer which includes a management trust structure to ensure compliance with European Union ownership regulations.
