Amazon Leo to Launch Satellite Internet in South Africa

Amazon Leo has signed an agreement with South African internet provider Herotel to launch a new broadband service called evry in 2027. The partnership aims to connect underserved rural communities where fiber and wireless networks are currently uneconomical to deploy.
