AI data center construction projects in the United States drove warehouse rents up 3.2% to $10.55 per square foot in the third quarter, JONES LANG LASALLE INC said Tuesday. That growth marks the fastest annual pace since the second quarter of 2024. The industrial real estate surge reflects mounting infrastructure demands from tech giants racing to scale artificial intelligence capabilities.
