Vivendi SE has reported that its portfolio of listed holdings declined to 5.53 billion euros ($6.37 billion) at the end of 2025, down from 6.89 billion euros a year earlier. This decrease follows the company's strategic exit from its positions in major telecommunications operators within Italy and Spain. Specifically, the group sold its stakes in Telecom Italia S.p.A. and Telefónica, S.A.. Despite the lower valuation of its listed assets, the company significantly improved its financial standing by reducing its net debt to 1.5 billion euros as of December 31, 2025, compared to 2.6 billion euros at the end of 2024.
