The United States Trade Representative (USTR) has announced public hearings scheduled for April 28-29 to address ongoing Section 301 investigations into unfair trade practices. The probes focus on dozens of nations suspected of failing to prevent the importation of goods produced through forced labor. The proceedings will be held at the headquarters of the U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington.
