This decision, announced today, aims to monetize the rapid growth of the Ukrainian defence sector UAUA and generate revenue to fund domestic military procurement. President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and officials like Ihor Fedirko have formalised this strategy to leverage a multi-year, war-driven arms-technology boom following four years of conflict with Russia RURU.
