Businesses across the United Kingdom have significantly raised their expectations for selling prices over the coming year, according to the latest data released by the central bank. The Bank of England Decision Maker Panel survey for April revealed that companies now anticipate price growth of 4.4% over the next 12 months. This figure marks a sharp increase from the 3.7% projected in March and represents the highest level of price expectations recorded since January 2024.
