The Chief Executive Officer of UBS Group AG, Sergio Ermotti, received a compensation package of 14.9 million Swiss francs for 2025, according to the bank's annual report released on Monday. This amount, which equates to approximately $19.1 million, is identical to the pay he received for the 2024 fiscal year. Total compensation for the executive board of the bank, which is based in Switzerland, amounted to 145.3 million Swiss francs for the year, covering both fixed and variable components. Additionally, the group-wide bonus pool saw an increase, rising to $5.1 billion in 2025 from $4.7 billion the previous year. The financial data reflects the bank's stability and its allocation of rewards following a period of significant transition.
