Tesla European sales rebound continues through April
Tesla registrations rose in France and Denmark during April as fuel prices boosted EV demand. The recovery continues despite pressure from Chinese rivals.
TESLA INC registrations surged across France, Denmark, and the Netherlands in April, extending a 2026 recovery for the United States automaker. This follows a 27% sales decline in 2025 and a 45% European volume increase during the first quarter. High fuel prices and new software approvals are driving regional demand despite an aging product lineup.
### Regional Gains and Energy Tailwinds Tesla registrations leapt 112% in France and 102% in Denmark in April compared to the previous year, according to PFA and bilstatistik.dk data. The Dutch automotive industry association BOVAG reported a 23% increase in the Netherlands during the same period.
