Stellantis forms new ventures with Dongfeng and JLR
Stellantis and China's Dongfeng have agreed to form a joint venture to manufacture and distribute new energy vehicles in Europe, potentially utilizing the Rennes plant in France. The automaker also signed a preliminary agreement with Jaguar Land Rover to collaborate on product and technology development within the U.S. market.

STELLANTIS NV will form a 51%–49% joint venture with Dongfeng to produce and sell electric vehicles in France and across Europe.
