Antonio Filosa received 6.37 million dollars in 2025 compensation after becoming Stellantis CEO last May. His annual pay will reach 23 million dollars by 2028.
Antonio Filosa, the Chief Executive Officer of Stellantis N.V., received a total compensation package of 5.4 million euros ($6.37 million) for the 2025 fiscal year. Filosa, who assumed leadership of the Jeep manufacturer in May 2025, is entering a structured pay agreement that will see significant increases in the coming years. According to disclosures made by the automaker on Thursday, the initial compensation aligns with previous guidance. The company had stated last year that Filosa would earn a minimum of $4 million annually during his first two years in the role. Looking ahead, the executive's earnings are projected to rise substantially. By 2028, Filosa is expected to earn approximately $23 million per year, a figure that includes performance-based bonuses.
