The company sold 26.7 million H shares at a final price of HK$71.28 each, which settled below the previously disclosed maximum of HK$73.68. Shenzhen Zhaowei has stated that it plans to use the net proceeds from this offering to fund research and development projects and to expand its global production capacity. The company's shares are scheduled to begin trading on the exchange this Monday. Other firms are also finalizing their entry into the market. MeiG Smart Technology Co., Ltd priced its listing at the maximum offer of HK$28.86 per share, while Alsco Pooling Service raised HK$223.7 million. Together, these three entities have raised a total of HK$3.14 billion. While Zhaowei and Alsco are set for a Monday debut, MeiG is expected to follow on March 10.
