A Russia court froze the assets of Vadim Moshkovich, the billionaire founder of Rusagro, following embezzlement charges involving 30 billion roubles ($400 million). The ruling covers all of Moshkovich's shares in Rusagro and 100% of several other companies he controls. This escalation follows his March 2025 arrest and threatens the ownership structure of the nation's largest listed agricultural producer.
