Rockwell Automation Lifts 2026 Profit Forecast on Demand
Rockwell Automation raised its 2026 profit forecast after reporting strong quarterly results. High demand for factory automation and robotics drove sales gains.
ROCKWELL AUTOMATION INC raised its 2026 profit forecast to $12.50–$13.10 per share after reporting second-quarter earnings that beat analyst estimates. The new outlook exceeds the previous range of $11.40 to $12.20 and the LSEG analyst consensus of $12.15. Improving factory activity in the United States is driving demand for robotics software and industrial automation systems.
Total sales rose 12% to $2.24 billion for the quarter ended March 31, surpassing the $2.16 billion expected by analysts. Adjusted profit reached $3.30 per share, outperforming estimates of $2.89 per share. Rockwell shares rose nearly 9% in premarket trading on Tuesday morning following the announcement.
