Reale Mutua acquires majority stake in Italian healthcare group Lifenet from Exor and founder

Reale Mutua is buying 80 percent of Lifenet Healthcare from Exor and its founder in a 600 million euro deal. The group expects revenues to exceed 450 million.

Under the terms of the announced agreement, Reale Mutua will acquire an 80% ownership stake in the company, while the founder will retain a 20% interest through his holding company, Invin.
