Oil prices reversed their earlier gains on Tuesday as market participants reacted to reports that United States President Donald Trump is open to concluding the military campaign against Iran. Brent Crude Oil futures for May delivery fell $1.22, or 1.08%, to $111.56 per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate futures declined by 0.95% to $101.90. The shift comes despite previous threats to target Iranian energy infrastructure, suggesting a potential pivot in diplomatic strategy.
