Brent Crude Oil fell $1.94 to $93.09 a barrel on Friday morning as traders priced in a lower probability of direct conflict between the United States and Iran. The 2.04% decline follows a 2.84% drop in the previous session, marking a shift in market sentiment toward de-escalation. Investors are recalibrating risk premiums as supply disruptions remain localized despite the absence of a formal peace agreement.

### De-Escalation Hopes Drive Price Correction The market is no longer pricing in an immediate escalation between the two nations, according to Phil Flynn, senior analyst at Price Futures Group. Flynn noted that while a formal deal has not been reached, the market is reacting to a perceived cooling of tensions. WTI also finished lower, dropping $2.50 to $90.54 a barrel following a 3.1% loss on Thursday.
